  4.            you use to execute Windows.  WIN3 is a magic file name.
  5.            Typing WIN3 will execute WIN3.COM (.COM files have prioity
  6.            over .BAT files when both exist). WIN3.COM executes Windows
  7.            such that only real or enhanced mode is allowed.
